Eligibility for Refunds:
We accept refund requests under the following conditions: The item was received damaged or defective, you received the wrong product, or the item was lost in transit (confirmed by the shipping carrier). Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used supplements unless there is a verified product defect.

Approval & Resolution – Once we review your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund or offer a replacement.
Refund Processing – Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items:
Opened or used products (unless defective), orders where incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer, and items purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.
Exchanges:
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement.
Shipping Costs:
If a refund or replacement is approved due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. If a return is accepted for any other reason, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
